Great product, Very good quality but expensive not the easiest to assembler but I think that Is to be expected to some degree with a higher quality product that is well designed and built well once assembled.
The screws holding the roller brackets in actually kept colliding with the roller wheels on the shell itself, so the drawer would make a thwack halfway, and then just grind against the half millimeter or so of exposed screw head to get past it.

Other than that, it's a nice looking unit. This piece was easy to assemble and fit beautifully in our space. They nourish wildlife biodiversity and provide homes for indigenous communities who depend on forests for their livelihoods. We are very happy with this,ez puttpgether.

This storage unit is not just for storing shoes, it holds loads of other things like: arts and krafts, small books, clothes and many more. It was such a problem, I ended up removing one of the screws and replacing with just glue so the wheels wouldn't constantly encounter this issue.
in the top bin and in the bottom bin cookie sheets and cutting boards. the top drawer met my husbands request to put his stuff. Aesthetically pleasing, & does the job!
At IKEA, we work with strict industry standards to promote responsible forestry. These DIYs vary from just a little DIY needed, to quite a lot of DIY needed. The assembly of the rest of the drawer was a bit of a pain. They perfectly fit around ours in an average home. Beautiful addition to my entry of my home.

I am a little disappointed as I would think a product made for shoes would be a little more resistant to these things.
