Every now and them someone will manage to get a true review in, which is mostly negative. I placed an order on 3/8/19.
I ordered two pendants with chains on July 7 with assurances that shipping would be 3-5 days.
I said that I would send the ring back since the ring sent to me was not what I had ordered. Thieves! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I rate this company zero stars but a rating has to be given and they should be put out of business. If youve been subjected to the same not receiving merchandise from glencara and ludicrous emails from a katie email myself and let me help you seek justice that or take legal action! Buyers beware of this scam company site. 6 weeks later it turned up today and the F****** thing was broke!!! The ring looked nothing as advertised. They said time and time again that itll get shipped, but I dont know if I trust them this time. Just about two weeks ago I checked the bank statement for the account and found out a company called Pure Leverage had been. I have sent them 2 separate messages asking were my order is and still have received no word back from them. I guess I should be grateful that I lost less than $50 on this transaction. It also included an appraisal showing a value higher than the retail price. Follow-up emails also! If I could send pictures to prevent other people from buying from you, I would. Looking at the rest of the reviews I would never order off this company again.
I followed this up immediately with another Urgent email expecting another automated response but strangely have now heard nothing for several days.

I am very happy. Im only in Westmeath so it shouldnt take long for it to get to me from Galway. For many years I have wanted a claddagh ring and I finaIly found the perfect one on Glencara website. The size was wrong, so I sent the ring back and they sent another one, the same size as the first. Glencara claims their items will ship in 3-5 days; after a month and a half I still have no ring and no responses to either my email inquiries or phone calls. Like everyone else who have made complaints about GlenCara Irish Jewelry, I too was fooled. Any and all opinions and information are published as is. On the 4th day I still hadnt received an email to say it was being delivered, I had just received an email saying confirmation of purchase. I waited an extra week, sent Glencara an email. 
I have emailed consistently since July trying every so often to call and getting no response. I ordered a Ladies 14K Yellow Gold Silver Claddagh Ring. My concern is that items are returned to a place in the US where no one receives or acknowledges that the item was returned. The gold will not wear off as it has been given a very thick coating. The ring is priced at $39.95. It's beautifully customary made, just what I've wanted!
Excellent communication. I ordered my dear wife a gold plated locket and a ring for myself for Christmas 2013. They wanted me to send it back without insurance to save on shipping costs. I brought the ring to a jeweler who used a diamond tester and also examined it under magnification, and he told me that the stones were CZ, not diamonds. Hi I ordered a ring of this Glencara sight on the 13th of December, it said it would be delivered in 2-5 working days. i have tried to ring with an answer machine on all the time. Well I didnt really buy anything I just gave them my money. We have an Australian mailbox so return postage would cost $3-4.We have emailed you return instructions. I also received an email saying my order had been shipped and then received an email stating the ring I ordered was out of stock and will be shipped at a later date.

They could have done nothing, which is totally acceptable, though by losing some profit now Glencara has created A Lifetime Customer. This site should be shut down. Promised .
THIS IS DISGUSTIN. I am going to attempt to get my money back from Paypal but its been too long. STAY WELL CLEAR OF GLENCARA !!!!! Buyer beware of this poorly managed company. Highly recommend. I contacted them again a week later and they said theyll ship it for a week.
I was told that these would arrive around the 21st or 23rd.
I subsequently forwarded several emails prefaced with URGENT as well as numerous voice messages none of which were answered.
It looked like the ring had been worn and they gave it a quick clean and sent it to me.I contacted them to explain what the hell happened to my ring and 'Megan' stated she was sorry and that they will make another ring to ensure that the rodium is jet black, I replied, the ring on your website is jet black and that's what I should have received in the first place. I did get a refund on the ring, but only a little over 1/3 of the shipping cost was refunded despite the fact that I was sent the wrong item through no fault of my own. You can imagine the upset this caused me. The items arrived long after Christmas. None of this fills me with any confidence. Paid extra for gift wrapping and to have it engraved.
Glencara has deceived, lied and now just out right stolen money out of my bank account and refund to deliver the merchandise I have verified all listed addresses with the help of a tech specialist I regret and warn all potential customers this company is a scam!
It seems like the sellers are lying to me and that they ripped me off. the ring I ordered is beautiful and as depicted.
But here I am now on the 23rd no rings, my order status says that the order is completed and I am concerned not only that my rings will not come in time for christmas but that I have been scammed. My receipt listed the word diamond four times. Great customer service.
Some of the stones were described as high quality natural diamonds with specific color and clarity information, while another was described as a diamond, white in color. The email I sent was answered with and automated reply saying I would get a response within a week.

I bought the item on the 12 of last month from this Glencara company site and when I contacted the sellers, they said that theyll ship it for a week while not clearly say that itll ship within 24 hours. They promise a response back with email within 24 hours but that hasnt occurred yet. I ordered 2 claddagh rings on the 18th of december. They do not answer the phone and only send automated emails. Great companymy order was slightly delayed , but I was kept informed and the rings were beautiful! I should of been guaranteed to have it in lots of time with there delivery time frame. On April 4, 2015 I placed an on-line order for a Claddagh Ring for my daughters birthday from GLENCARA Irish Jewelery ([email protected]) utilizing my bank mastercard as payment. My mother was looking for a specific pair of earrings. I have made many attempts to contact them to get this situation cleared up but it still is not. I was then given three additional guaranteed dates for delivery and finally due to poor customer service, mismanagement and inefficiency l got the ring 28 days later and even then l had to go and collect it myself as l did not trust them to deliver it. What the hell is that?!! I ordered a ring that was paid for through Paypal. Having seen previous reviews there are many reviews which accuse the company as being fraudulent. The ring arrived loose in a bag, sans fine jewelry box and promised appraisal. This is a disgrace. I was told that my ring would be ready and ship on 3/25/19. Ive took legal action. I will probably have to pay for the long distance calls too. Every time I have rang it has been within this time.

I love the jewellery, what I ordered was perfect, got here on time as I needed for a birthday gift, cannot fault the jewellery or the service, delivery took 8-10 days which was bit longer than expected but loved the rings perfect so pretty would order from again. When I told Glencara that the ring advertised on their website, and described by a sales rep, as high quality diamonds, was not what I had received, Glencara said that the larger stone was CZ, but that the other stones should be diamonds. I ordered the ring last Thursday, December 12th and received an email to say it was shipped at 6.30am on Friday morning, the email advised that I would receive the ring either Saturday or Monday to which I havent received, I called their number and emailed numerous times and have heard nothing back. Direct from Manufacturer. I called their 800 number in the States, No one ever answers. There was no tax and also shipping was advertised as Free Worldwide Shipping. I am obviously starting to worry as all of their reviews are negative, its a Christmas present so I need it soon, I just want some tracking details and they wont come back to me. On 3/26, I asked where it was again.
Glencara is a Rip Off. They are incredibly slow to return emails and it is usually just the auto responder that I get and not a real person. Cheap looking goods, months long shipping, a total absence of customer service. I hope to purchase more items in the future. This is the way business is supposed to be done Glencara, learn a lesson.
Report them to all local authorities in their area and your bank will trace where your money went to and youll receive help and justice these are federal charges that glencara is looking up! The ring l ordered was guaranteed to be delivered within ten days as l stressed l needed it for a special occasion. I ended up wisely letting my credit card company about the shady dealing. Our bank account is under surveillance (theyve tracked where my money went) I just dont want anyone else to go through this ive been grieving losses of family members and friends and they took advantage preyed on my weaknesses shame on them!!!

We spotted a 4Runner and decided we would like one. I understand shipping and quality issues, but the number of times I was forced to reach out for updates (instead of them just being provided) and the amount of time it takes them to respond (longer than the 24 hours their site promised) just makes them not worth buying from. If you look at their Facebook page, you can tell they post only positive comments most likely written by themselves.
So I waited again. I was charged for my order, as well as an additional few hundred (totally different from my order total) which I had to follow-up to get refunded.
Today is 4/25 and it still has not arrived.
I also said that in the packing slip it states men's claddagh band ring (as pictured) this ring looks nothing like the picture, she said that she can offer me $5 to return this ring, are you kiddingim returning this from Australia its going to cost alot more than $5 to send it back.I am Irish and I am embarrassed that these people are sending sub standard jewellery from my country.
I also received a free (!) Prompt shipping and excellent packaging. This company has been the subject of numerous Rip Off reports on this web site. For a special Wedding Anniversary gift I bought a $1400.00 white gold ring. I have tried to trace it with USPS but they tell me it was not insured so they are unable to trace this.
You loose your money and never receive any merchandise. Its been almost a month for me to wait for this item. They have had over 18 months to complete this refund and they have failed to do so.

I paid by Mastercard and at this time I am waiting to see what they can do for me. I sent this in the beginning of July 2014 and have yet to receive my exchange, I have called the customer service number only to be told that the representatives are off the phones and responding to high volumes of emails, so with that I sent an email explaining what I did only to get an auto reply. So far I have asked them twice to refund my purchase amount.
That was the first clue that the ring was not what it claimed to be.
The recorded message also states that I could send an email and it should be answered within 24 hours.
If I do not get this before Saturday the 21st I will send it back for a refund and not order from this company again.
