This extraordinary apartment is in a delightful part of Paris. Our sixth visit to Paris yet the first in an apartment. The view from the apartment is every bit as beautiful as the pictures show.
We had our greeting, staff was very friendly and helpful. What can I say but truly spectacular was my recent stay at Cabernet. We only used it at bedtime, but we were happy to have it on those warm evenings. Kitchen was equipped with all modern appliances. Grandmother, daughter, and granddaughter all loved the Parisienne neighborhood we were in with its small shops and restaurants and proximity to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, and the Metro. Rue Cler (5 mins Walking)Among the best streets for food in Paris! The apartment was exactly as described. We especially enjoyed your espresso machine in the kitcheneach morning started with a fresh late, pastry and fruitahh, Paris! Cabernet was the perfect apartment for our vacation. This was a wonderful change. The 5 star apartment with 1m dollar view. In the comments it says, "that the apartments are like Madelyn's children," each unique and special and that is what we saw. The Eiffel Tower view is strikingly beautiful especially at night sitting at your table taking in the light show view. The king sized bed is comfortable, and the bedroom facing a courtyard is quiet and relaxing after a busy day of taking in wonders of Paris. You were very helpful and friendly. We had seven nights and could have had another seven which just means we will have to come back!! Translation: Apartment is well appointed and nicely decorated. We loved making dinner, shopping in the neighborhood and the many lovely restaurants blocks away. At night it was a spectacular light display which we will remember always. The bathrooms were also small but very clean and well done with the tile and good lighting. Even with the weak dollar they are very affordable. Two large French doors fill the open plan living room and kitchen with lovely light. You're probably thinking who goes to Paris to do laundry?? I would stay here again or feel very comfortable in selecting another apartment from Paris Perfect. The biggest king size bed in the universe & very comfortable. Eating dinner while overlooking the illuminated Eiffel Tower - does it get any better than that? All in all a great place to be. The information for locality and other touristy areas created a sense of familiarity and perfection. However, the 5th floor apartment was dangerously hot from being closed up and took over 24 hours to recover and become comfortable. Taryn was a delight to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cabernet - everything was perfect and the staff was very helpful and friendly. ), we continue to see it anew each visit and having a "home base" like this really made exploring the city easier and more convenient. We stayed in Cabernet for 8 days in mid-October. We really felt at home and the neighborhood shop owners where so sweet and helpful to us which made staying in the apartment even better. The apartment was a highlight of our 5 weeks in Europe. It's hard to believe those photos are real but they are.
The apartment is perfect for a couple on a romantic vacation but works well as we did it with the kids. An easy walk to Rue Cler and all its great food shopping. We loved the location on Rue St. Dominiqueeverything you need is on the same street.a boulangerie and grocery store across the street, some great restaurants (Cafe Constant, Les Cocottes and Fontaine de Mars) and even the Paris Perfect office (conveniently located around the corner).
You and your team have thought of everything. Highly recommend!!! It is perfect for two even though it could accommodate four. Walk to the famous Rue Cler market street or shop at the weekly open-air markets nearby. We especially liked the TV, the air conditioning, and the ability to call the US. We hope you have as wonderful a time as we did in these immaculate apartments. I will recommend Paris Perfect to all and Cabernet! The view was spectacular!!!

Can't wait to return and book the next apartment. Peace of Mind. The view is to die for--with the Eiffel Tower sparkling every hour on the hour right out the window, you just can't go wrong. My husband went to bed about 8:30, but I stayed awake until the great light show. The kitchen is a great size and has everything we needed during our stay. Easy access to the Metro. .everything we expected it to be. The apartment is about 3 blocks from the metro and only 2 blocks to the Eiffle tower. Do not hesitate to try these beautiful apartments. The views of the Eiffel Tower were incredible, and the apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable. My husband and I stayed in the Cabernet for a mid-March trip to Paris. As I stepped onto the balcony I thought how lucky we were to be in the most beautiful city in the world. Paris perfect is a great name for this company as our stay was perfect. The welcome basket was very thoughtful, we did not expect and we will always have the bread sleeve. The view of the Eiffel Towel is absolutely the most amazing thing I've ever seen! Staying in an apartment is ideal for anyone traveling with a child, especially because of the flexibility it provides with regard to food and the ability to do laundry. If you happen to like food, it is near one the best food shopping streets in Paris and the neighborhood is full of outstanding restaurants. They appreciate your (sometimes lame!) Two bathrooms, one with a toilet, the other a sink and shower. Believe me, your apartment is the ONLY way to go. The apartment looks out on the Eiffel Tower that is a few blocks away. Seeing the Eiffel Tower is magical every moment of the day.

The Cabernet is perfect for a couple with a spacious living room, bedroom, and two bathrooms. The experience with Paris Perfect and our apartment overlooking the Eiffel Tower exceeded all of our expectations. Always responsive to any questions, and they made arrangements for us to check in once we arrived in the morning from our overnight flight. The bedroom was also very small and we couldn't find room to put our suitcases. The rooms were nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. My husband and I had a marvelous stay in the Cabernet at the end of November 2012! On the same street as some of the best cheese, meat, and pastry shops in Parisand on the same block as many of my favorite restaurants. Translation: Everything was in excellent shape and very clean. Our stay at the Cabernet apartment was wonderful! The tower "sparkles" at night on the hour - don't miss it! Our first night there we were jet lagged. Quality, care, class, just the best. Expect more Brazilians! The amenities were great, everything you could want was provided. The Cabernet apartment was wonderful.

I hope to take my mother here some day. Wonderful literature from Paris Perfect on neighborhood - we referred to this guide often. Lovely apartment with fabulous views of the Tour dEiffel. We were in short walking distance to the metro and the buses. We also were very impressed with the tour guides we had for Champagne, the Catacombs, and the Eiffel Tower. The apartment worked so perfectly for the three of us. We very much appreciated the convenience of the advance grocery shopping service and pre-arranged restaurant reservations made things even more comfortable. There were Champagne bottles everywhere and tons of home-made fireworks! Paris's famous bridges are a short stroll away. It is renowned for its enormous collection of medieval armor.
A charming, well-appointed apartment in a vibrant, friendly neighborhood. Our stay in the Cabernet apartment was perfect! Superb location and neighborhood! My wife and I and two daughters (21 and 18 years old) spent 8 nights in the Cabernet apartmentit was our first trip to Europe and it was a trip of a lifetime. Cabernet was the perfect staging area for a three generational week's adventure in Paris. The greeter gave us a warm welcome, making us feel "not so lost" on our first foreign trip. For the full price, I would not choose to stay here again. Nice time at Le Champ de Mars with a much broader menu. The fact that you're 5000+ miles from home and still great treated extremely hospitable shows a lot for this business. We stayed at the Cabernet for eight nights and everything was wonderful! The staff we worked with -- Lizani, Tess, Sam, and Nicola were all most helpful and we felt in very good hands.
The apartment itself is just the right balance between Parisian charm and modern amenities. Although there are many restaurants (some with bars), it didn't seem to be an area with a big night life scene (which was fine for us), so if you are looking for that you might be happier in a more trendy neighborhood. In short, it was a "Paris Perfect" holiday. I would go back to a Paris Perfect apartment in a minute. Try and sit outside as it gets rather warm inside from the heat of the kitchen.
Cafe Constant was a favourite. Despite traveling 9+ hours on a plane trip, and arriving early, the staff allowed us to check in early, which made it extremely pleasant after traveling with an infant. Every AM I left our apartment, stepped across the small street to the Patisserie and returned to coffee waiting for us and the best pastries in the world. It was even more wonderful to be able to return after a long day of sight seeing, put our feet up, and have a glass or two of wine before going to dinner or an evening event. Paris city vision is the actual tour provider.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was, if anything, understated. From the looks of it, we are probably the first Malaysian on record and surely it will not be the last. After looking and planning a stay in this apartment for more than a year, my expectations were very high. The week went by way too fast! Best of all the balcony had an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. It's a wonderful time to be in Paris with all the holiday lights, Christmas windows and the fun Christmas market on the Champs-Elysees.
It was as advertised, with a great location. The staff were great and very efficient at checking us in. Most of all, the apartment is quiet and makes for a great sleep after a long day's walking. The Cabernet was perfect in every way. The best neighborhood, the best apartments, the best view,great gift basket, the best service,restaurants, banks, post office, shops of all kinds and the bus and metro almost at your door. Because there were so many food stores of all kinds nearby, we chose to eat in several nights. Last year we stayed in the Pinot apartment and this September we stayed in Cabernet. The bonus being in February we could shorten our stay and still take advantage of the off season rates. Very helpful company! Stroll, jog, bicycle or play in one of the playgrounds, go to the puppet theater or carousel, or just sit and enjoy Parisian life and the beautiful gardens.Eiffel Tower (5 mins Walking)Paris' most iconic site and one of the world's most visited attractions. The location is ideal. Would rent again. The floorplan gave us plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day of experiencing Paris. Extra wide queen bed (63in x 79in; 160cm x 200cm), High-quality sofa with trundle converts into two comfortable single beds (31in x 75in; 80cm x 190cm), Shower (fixed and flexible showerheads), toilet and sink. Our stay in Paris was a great one and was greatly achieved by the fact that we can have breakfast and dinner with the Eiffel Tower as the backdrop. I could not been more thrilled with the location of this beautiful, charming apartment. We have been fortunate to visit Paris on many occasions and this was our nicest visit by far - in large measure because of this lovely apartment.

The location, the info greeting with Kevin (who was so great), the comfort, the decor and of course, the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. The location is convenient for all sightseeing in Paris. We particularly liked Cafe Constant sitting in the upstairs section. Everything was PERFECT! Stop by local patisseries for fresh croissants or something sweet to enjoy after dinner. and LOVED it. This was a Perfect Paris stay. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary there. It is magic. We are returning in Spring/Summer of 2009. Last time we stayed at a Hilton which was fine but you could have been in Paris Texas as the room was like all Hiltons.
We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. Well, it was all that I thought and more! Everything we could imagine ever needing, including a wonderful Pharmacy(sinus infection)was just simply "on our block"! You can see the Eiffel tower view from living room and the dining room as well. Well appointed and beautifully decorated, this was our second Paris Perfect rental and won't be our last. Our stay was wonderful - my younger daughter is now also a confirmed Francophile so all I can say is: see you next year! Great apt in fantastic location.
Yes I did, with the view of the Eiffel Tower, candles, wine a gift from Philippe and the French Doors to die for. We hope to return soon. Lovely apartment. The street Rue St Dominique is the perfect Parisian street. A Bientot! Share home-cooked meals with friends or family in the dining area. As long as you greet people in French and attempt some French words everyone is friendly and accommodating and usually speak fluent English or a smattering of it.

We were sorry to have to go and we will definitely return. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous everything you could want and more stood for 7 days and everything was within reach shops, metro supermarkets. The location couldn't get any better and we were able to make breakfast every morning with a spectacular view of the tower. Our stay at the Cabernet apartment was wonderful! The tower "sparkles" at night on the hour - don't miss it! Our first night there we were jet lagged. Quality, care, class, just the best. Expect more Brazilians! The amenities were great, everything you could want was provided. The Cabernet apartment was wonderful.

I hope to take my mother here some day. Wonderful literature from Paris Perfect on neighborhood - we referred to this guide often. Lovely apartment with fabulous views of the Tour dEiffel. We were in short walking distance to the metro and the buses. We also were very impressed with the tour guides we had for Champagne, the Catacombs, and the Eiffel Tower. The apartment worked so perfectly for the three of us. We very much appreciated the convenience of the advance grocery shopping service and pre-arranged restaurant reservations made things even more comfortable. The elegant and spacious entryway to Cabernet. This apartment is located on the perfect street. Perfect apartment, in the perfect neighborhood, with a perfect view. There were Champagne bottles everywhere and tons of home-made fireworks! Paris's famous bridges are a short stroll away. It is renowned for its enormous collection of medieval armor. A charming, well-appointed apartment in a vibrant, friendly neighborhood. Our stay in the Cabernet apartment was perfect! Superb location and neighborhood! My wife and I and two daughters (21 and 18 years old) spent 8 nights in the Cabernet apartmentit was our first trip to Europe and it was a trip of a lifetime. Cabernet was the perfect staging area for a three generational week's adventure in Paris. The greeter gave us a warm welcome, making us feel "not so lost" on our first foreign trip. For the full price, I would not choose to stay here again. Nice time at Le Champ de Mars with a much broader menu. The fact that you're 5000+ miles from home and still great treated extremely hospitable shows a lot for this business. We stayed at the Cabernet for eight nights and everything was wonderful! The staff we worked with -- Lizani, Tess, Sam, and Nicola were all most helpful and we felt in very good hands.
The apartment itself is just the right balance between Parisian charm and modern amenities. Although there are many restaurants (some with bars), it didn't seem to be an area with a big night life scene (which was fine for us), so if you are looking for that you might be happier in a more trendy neighborhood. In short, it was a "Paris Perfect" holiday. I would go back to a Paris Perfect apartment in a minute. Try and sit outside as it gets rather warm inside from the heat of the kitchen.
Cafe Constant was a favourite. Despite traveling 9+ hours on a plane trip, and arriving early, the staff allowed us to check in early, which made it extremely pleasant after traveling with an infant. Every AM I left our apartment, stepped across the small street to the Patisserie and returned to coffee waiting for us and the best pastries in the world. It was even more wonderful to be able to return after a long day of sight seeing, put our feet up, and have a glass or two of wine before going to dinner or an evening event. Paris city vision is the actual tour provider.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was, if anything, understated. From the looks of it, we are probably the first Malaysian on record and surely it will not be the last. After looking and planning a stay in this apartment for more than a year, my expectations were very high. The week went by way too fast! Best of all the balcony had an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. It's a wonderful time to be in Paris with all the holiday lights, Christmas windows and the fun Christmas market on the Champs-Elysees.
It was as advertised, with a great location. The staff were great and very efficient at checking us in. Most of all, the apartment is quiet and makes for a great sleep after a long day's walking. The Cabernet was perfect in every way. The best neighborhood, the best apartments, the best view,great gift basket, the best service,restaurants, banks, post office, shops of all kinds and the bus and metro almost at your door. Because there were so many food stores of all kinds nearby, we chose to eat in several nights. Last year we stayed in the Pinot apartment and this September we stayed in Cabernet. The bonus being in February we could shorten our stay and still take advantage of the off season rates. Very helpful company! Stroll, jog, bicycle or play in one of the playgrounds, go to the puppet theater or carousel, or just sit and enjoy Parisian life and the beautiful gardens.Eiffel Tower (5 mins Walking)Paris' most iconic site and one of the world's most visited attractions. The neighborhood was wonderful - we LOVED the local Boulanger! We have stayed in great locations in Paris , at wonderful hotels, but as my husband said, it would break his heart(and mine) to ever come to Paris and not stay in a Paris Perfect apartmentoh yeah, we are spoiled! Nicholas Arnaud and his terrific pates; L'Ami Jean; La Truffe Folie; La Fontaine du Mars; and more. Nice apartment. What a way to start your day! It is everything we would possibly want. Very light filled and comfortable for relaxing mid-day to refresh before heading out again to enjoy everything that Paris has to offer. We so enjoyed the Cabernet apartment. Appreciate your help in making this a great vacation. We seriously can't wait to stay again, only longer next time! It looked exactly as we expected from the Paris Perfect website photos, including the view of the Eiffel Tower! Enjoy a glass of wine at the bistro table at sunset, as the Eiffel Tower's magic light show starts to twinkle on the hour after dark. We have felt right at home and will be homesick when we get back to NC.
The location is ideal. Would rent again. The floorplan gave us plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day of experiencing Paris. Extra wide queen bed (63in x 79in; 160cm x 200cm), High-quality sofa with trundle converts into two comfortable single beds (31in x 75in; 80cm x 190cm), Shower (fixed and flexible showerheads), toilet and sink. Our stay in Paris was a great one and was greatly achieved by the fact that we can have breakfast and dinner with the Eiffel Tower as the backdrop. I could not been more thrilled with the location of this beautiful, charming apartment. We have been fortunate to visit Paris on many occasions and this was our nicest visit by far - in large measure because of this lovely apartment.
The apartment is modern but very Parisian and stylish. A dream location in Paris near the Champ de Mars and Eiffel Tower! Sit back and relax with this view of the Eiffel Tower. It was like being at home except with a great view! Will definitely stay here again.
We have been to Paris 4 times and this was the best by far. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The location, the info greeting with Kevin (who was so great), the comfort, the decor and of course, the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. The location is convenient for all sightseeing in Paris. Thanks for a wonderful trip! Beautiful historic details and finely finished floors. The neighbors are quiet, friendly, and not easily bothered. We particularly liked Cafe Constant sitting in the upstairs section. Everything was PERFECT! Stop by local patisseries for fresh croissants or something sweet to enjoy after dinner. and LOVED it. This was a Perfect Paris stay. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary there. It is magic. We are returning in Spring/Summer of 2009. Last time we stayed at a Hilton which was fine but you could have been in Paris Texas as the room was like all Hiltons.
We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. Well, it was all that I thought and more! Everything we could imagine ever needing, including a wonderful Pharmacy(sinus infection)was just simply "on our block"! You can see the Eiffel tower view from living room and the dining room as well. Well appointed and beautifully decorated, this was our second Paris Perfect rental and won't be our last. Our stay was wonderful - my younger daughter is now also a confirmed Francophile so all I can say is: see you next year! Great apt in fantastic location.
Yes I did, with the view of the Eiffel Tower, candles, wine a gift from Philippe and the French Doors to die for. We hope to return soon. Lovely apartment. The street Rue St Dominique is the perfect Parisian street. A Bientot! Share home-cooked meals with friends or family in the dining area. As long as you greet people in French and attempt some French words everyone is friendly and accommodating and usually speak fluent English or a smattering of it.
and another procured from the wonderful shops on Rue Cler. A comfortable place beautifully appointed and equipped. My family stayed at the Cabernet apartment and absolutely loved it! We were sorry to have to go and we will definitely return. The apartment is very special because of the furnishings and the view of the Eifel TowerI promise you will be so happy you paid a little more when you see it. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous everything you could want and more stood for 7 days and everything was within reach shops, metro supermarkets. Other restaurants we loved and that were close by were Gatsby and La Tourville. Perfect location and excellent view! As long as we greeted everyone in French everyone helped us to get the message across. The apartment looks just as it does in the photos but the views of the Eiffel Tower are even more magical in person! Trs bien plac, clair, et la tour Eifel dans les fentres. Cabernet was the perfect apartment in Paris. Five flights helped to work off all the wonderful food we indulged in though. The apartment was well equipped and extremely clean, perfect for a home base and respite from the days walk exploring Paris. We loved the apartment and had a perfect time! In the US we hear differently but this just wasn't true at any time during our visit.
We spent 12 delightful days at Cabernet and are very happy that we chose it over a hotel or a less luxurious apartment. The view of the Eiffel Tower is breathtaking. Very comfortable for 2 people extremely well located in 7th Across from Great Bakery and in the middle of the best restaurants in Paris. Everything you need to experience living like a Parisien! The apartment was very comfortable and the location could not be better. Amazing view , great size , with all the details needed. The location couldn't get any better and we were able to make breakfast every morning with a spectacular view of the tower. The neighborhood was lovely with streets lined with cafes, bistros, markets, and pastry and bread shops. It won't be long before we're back! By chance, my wife and I had the opportunity to spend a few days in Paris during the end of February. The location was also perfect with many of the main attractions within walking distance.
