I write this complaint today, Monday 8/8, with absolutely zero resolution and no idea of how the issue is going to be resolved. These problems were resolved items 1, 3 and 4 were cared for at my own expense. shipping records can confirm the overlay filler was not delivered to our home until jan 10. masterbrand falsely claims their fourth production of this overlay as being in "good condition". My installer gutted and renovated my entire kitchen, he's a professional wood worker and custom home builder - best of the best. as far as completion, it has been almost two weeks since receiving the final overlay items, but installation has not yet been scheduled by lowe's. orders repeatedly wrong. remodel thru lowes. Mr. ******* advised that we should go ahead and put the cabinets up because he could come back and make an inventory which would allow him to replace all the doors and drawers by putting a rush order on them. Lowe's nor myself received a response regarding the cabinets until 7/9 that mentioned making a home visit to look at the products (this was relayed to me on 7/12). nine of masterbrand's orders have been wrong. I think that this is reasonable considering the amount of money I'm paying my contractor to fix the poor cabinet quality after installation, as well as what I'm doing myself to refinish the doors with the touch up paint they sent.
