Lowe's nor myself received a response regarding the cabinets until 7/9 that mentioned making a home visit to look at the products (this was relayed to me on 7/12). nine of masterbrand's orders have been wrong. I think that this is reasonable considering the amount of money I'm paying my contractor to fix the poor cabinet quality after installation, as well as what I'm doing myself to refinish the doors with the touch up paint they sent.
