There is drug dealing and drug users everyday all day/light. For over a year & a half, I was having a lot of break ins. I am sorry that youre dealing with this. But why was it not removed to begin with they carelessly painted my house if that was painted over i have videos of everything that happened. Prior to moving in it had a wooden deck over the top of this platform/steps but it was removed due to mold from the sitting water that puddles up on the top of the platform (it is not a smooth, flat surface by any means). Its traumatizing. Hes been coming in doing things and stealing stuff. Im a single mother of 5, and dont have the luxury of that choice. Thank you.
This entire situation has effected my health, my stress levels, my mental state, my tenant rights, my rights to quiet enjoyment of my apartment and my safety. Its very upsetting that we cant even enter or exit the house without having to worry about attacks.
