Having said that, we enjoyed our stay, the room and airco, the (well-presented and diverse) breakfast and its (handsome) staff, and your other personnel, such as Zack and the nice German receptionist in the morning. I have not stayed in this particular Mercure , but have , in many others , including several Mercures on my upcoming trip , and have never had a bad experience in them . It was just fabulous!
