The location across from Ft. Lauderdale Beach is unmatched. Nice and attentive personnel, The breakfast is served at the pool area. The restaurant, pool and beach were great as well. Pillow cases and sheets smelled. The room was clean, spacious and had a spectacular view of the strip/ocean front. cake and frosting all over the door lock, walls looked horrible, stains on the floor. Entire staff including housekeeping were very professional and accommodating. The room and balcony were great! The resort charge is high and we weren't there long enough to enjoy the facilities. Price for breakfast and parking a bit on the high side. They helped me make my husband birthday trip memorable. The doors to the wardrobe were stuck closed and I had to yank them open.

Then our final bill came back over charged again by over $100. Housekeeping provided new towels everyday, but never cleaned our room or changed sheets or made beds. Very clean and everything is completely updated. The people, your staff was wonderful! Definitely coming back. It would have been nice to see water and coffee offered in the lobby complimentary. Hotel Maren Ft. Lauderdale Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton, Interested in accepting the Card? the staff was very helpful and kind. This hotel is conveniently located to most attractions. I not only enjoyed the Marina view from our room, I loved the view of the ocean from the 5th floor pool absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were a good size and clean with a lovely view. We found that the best restaurants were on Las Olas which you will definitely need a car or Uber to get to. The food for brunch at pool area is similarly overpriced and seemed readymade. Would definitely stay here again!!
The food was great and we didn't have to search for a place to have breakfast every day.

The location was excellent, our room was beautiful Great view, lovely balcony and comfy pillows! Inconvenient, Brilliant location on Fort Lauderdale beach, the staff are all very friendly and professional. Friendly Reception staff. Lastly, we were given only two towels per day (one each), that was a bit tough on the days that we went to the beach. The hotel and my room were beautiful. My room was spacious and comfortable. Stuff was friendly and nice. Front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The staff was awesome. Beds were very comfortable. The bar was nice, breakfast was ok, nothing great. The pool was lacking, not enough towels or chairs. 4. Have to travel out to grab a cup of coffee. Sitting outside listening to the motorcycles, trucks, horns beeping and car radios blaring took away from the experience. Jeffrey at check in was exceptional. they have removed the second door of the showers- so every shower was a mess, we used more towels to clean up the floor then for ourselves. Great hotel. I paid extra to have a balcony that turned out to be super dirty, looking like it had not been cleaned once since opening. I told a man at the front desk, but he didnt seem to care. it was really beautifully decorated, bright, and clean. Beautiful lobby and rooms. The ocean front view from this property is completely stunning and the actual ocean is literally steps away. New hotel ,very clean . Not overly crowded, close to restaurants, stores - all in walking distance. A Starbucks in the property which is a plus for convenience. Well be back and will recommend to friends and family. Loved the signature drinks! Doesnt get better than the 12th floor! every single staff member was super! Great experience from the time we pulled up to valet until the time we left! perfect location for a girls trip! No coffee or breakfast in the morning but that was due to the pandemic.

We like not having our room serviced every day so this also wasnt a problem. everything. my experience was awesome, all the staff was very nice, courteous, they treated us amazing, you get some plus to stay, beach chairs, towels, welcome drinks for adults, complementary 2 bicycles x 2 hrs!!!! 525 S Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. The pool was cold and small. Staff was wonderful. The credit will be issued on the Cardmembers final bill upon check-out. Jennifer in the pool bar was great. Luckily the issue was resolved quickly and we were moved to a new room. The beach access for this place was terrible - this is not a beach resort - it is a hotel across a very busy street with lots of noise and trash everywhere. Also for how pricey the hotel is felt the pool bar was a little lacking. Loved the Fifth floor pool deck and the fact that the cabanas were first come first serve. Everything was wonderful honestly. I think management has made poor choices regarding removing the shower doors. The hotel was very clean. I will definitely be back! The valet parking charge is high too. Great for a couple vacation. Sorry to be so damning but it is what it is and I stay in many many hotels around the world and not all supposed high end.

The views were amazing. The guest services guys are amazing. It took a bit to get our car out of valet when we were leaving for the airport. They also gave complimentary Champagne on ice in room before arrival. Payment must be made in full with an American Express Card in the Platinum Card Member and Centurion Member's or Centurion Member's name. It seemed the food was frozen and reheated. I booked an oceanfront room with a balcony. Needs replacing Nice clean sheets. A little more lighting if you are a female walking there.

Room excellent, good size, kitchenette good, view of marina fantastic. It is far enough away from the craziness but in walking distance if thats what you like! After next 5 minutes - fire alarm was launched which we didn't even hear "sorry" from the receptionist. Wed definitely come back!

The pool closes really early for it to be a vacation spot during the summer 7 pm closure . Property right in the heart of it all. The location To make matters worse, the pool area is incredibly small, there were no towels available by 11 am, and the bar/grill at the pool was staffed by one woman so there was always a line to place an order and then an even longer wait for your food or drinks. 1.My room view The king room with ocean front is perfect!! I requested to have my sheets changed due to my toddler having a bed wet accident, when we returned the sheets that I requested to be changed were still on the bed. The food menu options was food you don't normally eat, meaning there wasn't any familiar menu options for families with kids and even adults in general. I liked the location and the ocean view from the room. The gym could have been a bit more spacious as could have the pool. We arrived late because of our flight being late and nothing was open. Location is amazing, rooms are huge, beds comfy, staff incredibly friendly. Will definitely stay here again , the proximity to the event, the staff was amazing, a little pricey and food wasnt impressive.
The bar and restaurant in the hotel are very nice. Told the manager nothing happened. No microwave anywhere in the building. Everyone was very nice and professional. The pool area is great on the fifth floor with a great view of the beach across the street. we ordered water with our meals for room service a few nights, we did receive brown water one night- that was strange. Me and my husband only stayed one night for a "staycation" and the hotel really exceeded our expectations. Great people. Not a negative of the hotel just an fyi. it was a great location. The blower under the sink was dusty. We loved that the pool had an ocean view. Staff were all wonderful. Really impressed. Even the front desk rep said it was misleading and he hopes that they change it because everyone complains. After three days it still hadnt been mopped.

Felt bad for the bartenders. We came for the beach and sun but were really taken by the smaller hotel and its exceptional staff. This was the first time we traveled since Covid.

They will not accommodate you and even if they know you are waiting they will not prioritize your family for a room and may even not have room ready at the check in time (I walked up after 4 and asked to have my room, lady with child next to me did the same but they didnt have a room ready for her). Pool deck is amazing! Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Cant wait to come back. I didn't like that it was $43 to park a night and they didn't have a shuttle to and from the airport.
Location was excellent. The amount of taxes and fee charged by hotels is just getting too high. I was highly pleased with my stay at Hotel Maren and can't wait to go back. Great staff, friendly and accommodating! This problem was solved quickly but our daughter needed 40 minutes to fall asleep again. Loved having free drinks and beach chairs daily. Beach attendants were also great. I noticed the floor in the ice room (9th floor) was filthy dirty with what looked like dried vomit/soup beside the ice machine. Staff is amazing. That was the only thing that rubbed me the wrong way other than that everything was perfect. Beach is right across the street and they provide beach chairs. Hotel stated that I just have to wait and they didnt confirm the transaction which was not true. Staff very friendly and accommodating. It was over during our stay, but the equipment was being disassembled for several days after.
Pool bar area closed earlier than supposed to. Available for Platinum Charge Cardmembers and Centurion Members only, and excludes Platinum Credit Cardmembers who are not also Platinum Charge Cardmembers. Beach chairs and towels were provided and easy to get. Dont walk in a minute before check in time. the location is perfect. The hotel also provided a pack n play for my toddler, which was perfect. Pool closes early which makes no sense because its by itself.

The front office was awesome, let me say this, theres a resort fee of 38 bucks a day, if you dare bring a car, its 42 bucks a day, just got my bill, its paid & im disgusted that this place charges you a room tax daily, 22 bucks a day!! Location was great right across from the beach. The pool and parking could have been better.

The white girl in the bar at the pool was a little annoyed and with a bad face but all other staff were super attentive. Our credit card transaction was told to be released but after 3 days it was confired and the invoice was sent to my email. Rooms were superb !! Riviera by Fabio Viviani blends the charm of a traditional Italian restaurant with the trendsetting atmosphere of Ft. Lauderdale. In the high winds, the elevators play up. We asked housekeeping for extra towels on our first day and they brought us enough for the entire stay. Location great, on beachfront. The location was fantastic!
Favorite hotel on Ft Lauderdale beach. The property is situated 2. It was a very small area, with a small pool, no different from a regular backyard pool. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and every meal was perfect. Close to the beach (nice view), some restaurants are walking distance, and close to the airport. Free beach chairs, free drink coupons and use of bicycle at no additional charge was great.
