KAELEES KASTLE. The pool was tiny, but was heated nicely. We will be back again. It does need a little updating and work but I would definitely stay here again. It's an older hotel but it seems to be in pretty nice shape.

Airport (ORF) - 20 min drive, Beachside hotel walking distance from Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Very unprofessional and extremely alarming that his staff was going through our belongings (because we did not leave these items out in the open). Guests arriving after midnight must make advance arrangements by contacting the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Special requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Four weeks out we have not received a refund and I have called 5 times to follow up to no avail. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. I will not return! The only negative thing I can say is the $30.00 early check in fee. Have never dealt with such rude people. Centrally located in the Virginia Beach resort area, this property offers apartment style accommodations facing the beach near all several area attractions, events and activities. Great location easy parking clean rooms good breakfast for that quick bite awesome staff, very friendly amd helpful. NO SMOKING on balconies this also includes rooms as well. Which is all too bad because the hotel is in a beautiful location. It was clean but definitely dated.

We had made arrangements with a hotel and then found out that it was located in a bad part of town. Yes, the pool is small, but why are you swimming inside when the beach is right out back?
