(if I remember correctly) It's obviously much more convenient than the non-wireless version. it works great and can't beat the convenience..and you never have to worry about finding somewhere to get airthanks. I have a construction company and haul a lot of equipment and I am very happy with this product. The exhaust runs down the passenger side and the fuse box with switched power signal is on the driver side so for multiple reasons I wanted to mount the compressor on the driver side. could use 2 to 4 for meet of hose so you don't waste time finding the right route to take for hose installation because you can run out of hose if you're not precise. I saved over a hundred dollars over local and installed it my self. It is the yellow wire with heat shrink on the end of it. WirelessAIR also automatically maintains pre-set air pressure levels. The air lift kit did he take me a little time to install but it was very easy. You can use the # AL74000 to add the air to your air bags before or after the trailer is loaded or the payload is added to the truck bed. The hardest part for me was finding a place to locate the pump and particularly the manifold. You can check for leaks using soap and water. Inserted the fuse and instantly went to 5 PSI. 1. Two days later it quit working again and sense it was stuck in the traveling pressure I just operated it manually ( I had installed a manual drain). I reviewd what was out there and SD Truck springs did the trick. Great improvement in ride quality and safety while towing and hauling cargo. Not too difficult to install. It works great, but the wireless part has no range. Overall, very happy at how the air springs and compressor work together. We don't offer specific mounting instructions for the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000 as it is a universal fit item that can fit most vehicles, but if you check out the install video I attached for it you will see how we installed it in a similar 2006 Ford truck that you can use as a guide. The install was fairly easy. Now the stretch of the airbag doesnt limit suspension travel down and I dont have to worry about bag damage when on a service lift down the road.
