My husband purchased a Silver membership while in Mexico on 2/8/2015 and boy are we sorry! We too purchase our second time share. These resorts offer several models of service options, including bed & breakfast, half board and all-inclusive, which are considered standards of the destinations and are sought after by those who frequent them. I just signed a contract with them in Cancun and like you I am being threatened with 50% penalty for canceling 5 days later. Or is there any other way to get out of this?
