We're sure you will find one you like better! That's quite a different process - you should write it up yourself! The vast majority of people who make their own paper do so using recycled fibres. 
Virgin pulp is either "mechanical", which is basically round-up wood, or "chemical", which is a cooking process, when the lignin (which makes older paper go yellow and brittle) is dissolved away by various caustic chemicals. no you can use paper ,card,grass , leaves , flowers. Possibly depend on the variety as some of the fibres are stronger. Thank you for using Wonderopolis and asking how to cite this article!
