It's sunscreen-y, good for coconut lovers. Sorry. Actually scrap this off after about half hour. It's ok, I have a sample, but deffinately wouldn't purchase. Now, I will be as impartial as possible: More coconut than the accords say. This is the only one I like from the angel and alien line. Alien Goddess includes bergamot essence, jasmine grandiflorum SuperInfusion, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla and a note of cashmere. I had 3 samples of Alien Goddess and kept giving them away, and yet still craving to smell it again . Alien Goddess smells a bit floral and a bit coconut with vanilla on me. It's lazy wintery mornings in pjs. It reminds me of a dessert I had as s kid with coconut shavings on it. I had to go out and get it. This is the first word that comes to my mind. I own (and have always owned) more Mugler fragrances than any other house. I am hoping that this is one that grows on me so I'm not going to be too harsh. I like the way the coconut is soft and the florals are very pretty. i gave it another chance last week and i've been OBSESSED ever since, i can't get enough of it. ( i wish that the coconut note was more prominent. "It smelled too sweet for me like an orange Popsicle.". This made me sick to my stomach. It's beautiful, but not a scent profile that I crave. It becomes somehow both bitter and sweet. This is beautiful. Beautiful fragrance! I don't think I'd purchase a full bottle, but I'm enjoying my sample. Yes, as an Alien flanker it seems like a joke and the original DNA is barely thereBut it is still a very round, enjoyable tropical fragrance, it's radiant, not unbearable and cloyingly sweet, a milky, solar scent, basically a no brainer reach which is unusual from a house like Mugler, sure.

Very mainstream and in the new category of vanillas, not the 90s soapy vanilla but the custardy sweet stuff. The nose behind this fragrance is Jean-Christophe Herault. I got ok longevity about 5 hours with moderate projection. Get this for the nice, boring girl in your life. Goddess smells like sunscreen and too much coconut and vanilla. mugler fragancia pyramid hombres Seeing the initial reviews I was in a bit of a denial almost, prepared to find something to like. Some days I'm getting Olympea saltiness and the general vibe, but usually on me it's sweet vanilla + coconut, I'm not a big fan of Olympea, so hopefully I'll get more days with no salty notes. A hint of suntan oil and bubble bath after a while. Wouldn't buy it again tho. It's such a departure. In hot weather the cashmeran was just a bit too much, it had that slightly sickening quality to it and the perfume as a whole was a bit suffocating. This is a pretty diverse perfume for many seasons - warmer weather because of the coconut and cooler weather because of the vanilla. The original Alien is really divisive, imo it is very sharp and pretty artificial, although I still like it enough (jasmine obsessed). NO ORIGINALITY ANYMORE. Aroma by Costa Brazil: Candidate For Best Fragrance 2022? This is a definite no. I'm so in love. Is an easygoing and aura fragrance, you feel it like a veil, good noses makes it possible. And no, not at all similar to the luxurius coconut of Soleil Blanc Private blend, which i own and love. IMO, I think mugler was trying to reach out to a different audience with this one. Here now lately since the company changed hands, EVERYTHING that is coming out of the house of MUGLER is unsatisfactory to ME. To further set the backdrop, I have most Muglers and their flankers. here i am, 8 hour later, & its going strong still. I've been a lover of the original Alien EdP for a while and I wore it religiously during the cooler weather, I tried some of the flankers (the more recent ones since I discovered my love for Alien and the house of Mugler in 2017) and aside from Mirage and Alien Fusion because I couldn't find testers, only one flanker really hit the mark and that was the now discontinued Essence Absolue. I think this is a good day time choice for someone that wants something ultra feminine with a soft coconut scent without it smelling "beachy" at all.

If you are familiar with that smell, you'll know what to expect with this release.

Mugler used to be outre, flamboyant, edgy and occasionally brilliant. no, just not worthy of any of my cents. Reminds me of Tom Fords Soleil Blanc with a little more simplicity and softness. After 10 minutes, jasmine makes its appearance. I have always wanted to join in the Thierry Mugler fandombut most of his other fragrances were too much for my nose. Mugler has done me so many times it has had more incarnations with no notable new and fresh approach! I blind bought and absolutely LOVE it. In true Mugler fashion, this tickles my nose upon first spray but quickly warms up and settles down. It has the same smell as dove argan bar soap and body wash, almost 1:1 similarity, it's crazy how similar they are. This is just a run of the mill beachy scent with nothing resembling the art, scent and quality of Alien by Thierry Mugler. It smells wonderful! I dont understand what happened. This from a person who wears Carnal Flower in the summertime - I am not a wimp when it comes to strong fragrances. I'm a millennial and I'm loving this perfume in the heat . Not quite a gourmand, not quite a floral, but a warm and comforting blend that just makes me very happy with its soft vanilla dry down.

This smells like a rich aunt who just came back from her shopping trip in New York. The Bourbon note hits different, Im obsessed. This helped me pin point exactly what this scent reminds me of: Hawaiian Tropic! Then gets cozyer till the end. First of all, the packaging is so cheap - looks like an Adidas perfume you get in your neighbourhood drugstore. This one feels very tame and not like it belongs to Mugler, or Alien, for that matter. It definitely reminds me of sunscreen, but in a good way. To me, this smells bright and intriguing, something I would wear regularly, and I did find myself gravitating to it on my arm often versus another perfume I was testing: YSL Libre. !, nothing in common with super well-known regular Alien, this is completely different, creamy white floral where the coconuty cashmere vanilla makes its artistic and magical apparition. It's giving *slight* sunscreen but in a gorgeous skin-scent mixed with heliotrope. A few weeks later I decided to give it another try on my skin and it was a big mistake. Could be that the whole coconut love/hate thing is similar to the genetic trait of love/hate for cilantro. A light and decadent coconut sun-tan lotion, just sat on the beach for hours, sea salt in my hair type of vibe, but in a sophisticated and classy way. It's funny to me how differently we can all experience a fragrance. It does dry down to be a cozy scent.

Personally as someone who hates Coconut in perfume, is isnt horrible. My apologies to the two commenters we had on this article earlier, we had to take the article down temporarily to make sure we could unveil the news about the cologne.

I think this is more of a cold weather scent for me. I have no idea what it's doing in an Alien bottle, there is a tiny little hint of the original but it's momentary. The verdure of the coconut water note is mouthwateringly beautiful. mugler fragrance notes So the Sephora gal gave me a sample of this (they only have pre-packed samples now :-( and it's on that thin paper) but at first, it was so strong and 'not my thing' I immediately had to wash it off (and that took a bit of doing) Too much vanilla for me and that's such an unsophisticated note to me! I get a little suntan vibe but that works for me it brings back memories of Coppertone days on the Gulf coast. While the juice itself is not bad, I'm disappointed that Mugler has lost its edge, and I wouldn't spend the asking price for a rather basic perfume. The notes sounded perfect for me. Judging by the color of the juice some may find this a bit feminine but I believe is a true unisex as it still retains the Mugler cologne DNA but sweeter without the heavy floral note that "take me out" have. It's romantic, smooth, and velvet. The cashmere note keeps this super cuddly. Love at first sight, fresh and clean but powdery. Idk, maybe it's time to wash that sweater. I'm not into the vanilla based scents, as they are almost always cloyingly creamy and overly warm, but I was curious because my perfume buddy absolutely loves it.
